Terms and Conditions

  • Any wrong information in the filled in forms may result in cancellation of admission.
  • Admission is subject to allotment of candidates to the college within the permissible seat limit.
  • Admission will be done only for the students who are allotted to this college. No other students will be entertained.
  • All students shall require to submit their Original Certificates/Documents at the time of physical document verification at the college. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after physical verification of the data entered in the admission form and the credentials presented at the time of admission and in case of dispute, the decision of the college will be final.

Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Admission, once accomplished and fees paid, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • College will not refund any amount to cyber cafe or to the candidates once the Application form is generated/paid.
  • Transaction fees are to be borne by the cardholder for any type of payment and the same is non-refundable under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback or any other reasons.
  • Any excess payment received through technical or other reasons will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receipt of written complaint by the parent/student.
  • The mode of refund will be electronic and will be refunded in the account from where the transaction was made.
  • The parents/students need to pay the payment gateway processing/convenience charges over and above the fees/dues payable to the College.
  • The College reserves the right to modify and amend refund policies at any time by uploading the same in the College’s website.
  • The refund of any type of fee is subject to the refund policy prevailing at the time of seeking a refund.

    PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
  • This privacy policy describes how we collect and use your personal data during the admissions process.
  • This policy applies to prospective students. In addition, each department/Centers/Institute/college will have its own NDA/privacy notice.   • • We may also process the following "special categories" of more sensitive personal data:
  • • Information about your race or ethnicity, sexual orientation and religious beliefs.

  • Most of the information we hold comes from your application, for example, via online application system/portals. We may also collect additional information directly from you and from third parties, including referees, former schools, colleges and universities, and government departments and agencies.

  • We process your data for the purpose of processing and assessing your application for study, and for purposes related to your application, such as assessing your eligibility for different programs. We set out below those circumstances where it is necessary for us to process your data.
